Jobs Satisfaction in Malaysia

I wonder how many of you satisfy with their jobs here in Malaysia. Why am I asking this? well.. this is my third job after I move back to Malaysia from US and it seems that every time I changed job, my job satisfaction drops to a new low each time. It was not only that, people's around me, my colleagues, ex-colleagues, all complaining about their previous jobs. Even my wife stresses out everyday. So I wonder, is everyone else in Malaysia felt the same way? Is everyone stresses out over their work? We spend more than 80% of our time in weekday for work, including travelling from and to work, and if 80% of the time we stresses out, what kind of quality life we live in here in Malaysia?

Alan : Same here, when i join in my current company, i always thought that "Mah Saleh" very reasonable and always consider about how their employee feelings and benefits.
