The King is Kong

I would say simply the best movie of 2005. The movie gives each sequence, element and characters the time that they deserve to make it a full emotional and exciting movie. Pete really done a good job in dividing the movie into 3 parts as the movie is long and audience need a breather to digest each part. The CG is simply amazing. The facial expression of Kong is realistic, you can really feel its emotion. The battles between T-Rexes and Kong is very convincing, you can feel each blow and bites during the battle scene. Another of my favourite is the classic Empire States Building scene.

The chemistry between the characters are well done, in fact the chemistry between Ann Darrow and Kong is been done nicely. At times there were too many characters in the scene but it brings out each of them nicely. There were no villains, just annoying characters that occasionally need to be slapped on the face.

King Kong is for everyone. Got romance, action, trills, CG.... definately a must see at the cinema.
